Dr. Guy T. McDougal, O.D.

is an optometrist who provides comprehensive eye care, including diagnosis, treatment and management of ocular conditions, fitting of contact lenses, prescribing glasses, and pre- and post-surgical care.

Dr. McDougal received his Bachelors of Science from the University of Utah and his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern California College of Optometry.

Dr. McDougal practiced in Blythe, California before moving to Arizona where he began private practice in Camp Verde and Payson. In 1991, Dr. McDougal relocated to the valley and began a private practice located in the Superstition Springs Mall at Power and Southern in Mesa.

He is a member of the Arizona Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. He is currently licensed in Arizona, California and Utah.

Born in Murray, Utah and raised in West Jordan, Utah. Dr. McDougal and his family reside in Mesa, Arizona.

Dr. Lars J. Carlson, O.D.

an Optometrist who provides comprehensive vision care including the diagnosis and treatment of eye disease, routine eye examinations, fitting of contact lenses and prescribing glasses.

Dr. Carlson completed his undergraduate education at Ferris State University and went on to get his degree in Optometry at the Michigan College of Optometry.

Dr. Carlson moved to Arizona in 2005 from Illinois to escape the cold and practice optometry. He enjoys hiking, flag football, and spending time outdoors.
